Vegetable Stir Fry

A vibrant and healthy vegetable stir fry packed with flavor and nutrients. This dish is quick to prepare and perfect for a weeknight dinner or a light lunch.
Begin by gathering all the ingredients on your countertop. Wash and chop the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the garlic and ginger finely. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Pour the soy sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Remove the skillet from heat and serve the stir fry hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
