Udon Stir Fry with Delicious Asian Flavors
This Udon Stir Fry is a vibrant and flavorful dish that combines thick, chewy udon noodles with a medley of fresh vegetables and a savory sauce, creating a delightful Asian-inspired meal.
Begin by cooking the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the skillet and allow it to heat up.
Once the oil is hot, add 1 cup of sliced bell peppers and 1 cup of sliced carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Next, add 1 cup of broccoli florets and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet. Continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet along with 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Toss everything together to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes. Finally, remove the skillet from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
