Trader Joe’s Viral Lobster Pasta with Frozen Lobster Tails
This luxurious lobster pasta features tender lobster tails from Trader Joe’s tossed in a creamy sauce with garlic, shallots, and a hint of lemon, all served over al dente pasta for a delightful meal that’s perfect for special occasions or a cozy dinner at home.
Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and chopped shallots to the skillet.
Sauté the garlic and shallots for about 2-3 minutes until they are fragrant and translucent. Next, add the frozen lobster tails to the skillet and stir to combine, allowing them to cook through.
Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, and stir until the mixture is well combined. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.
