The Best Zucchini Bread for Toddlers
This moist and flavorful zucchini bread is perfect for toddlers, packed with nutrients and naturally sweetened for a healthy treat.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grate two medium zucchinis and set them aside in a bowl. In a separate large mixing bowl, combine one cup of sugar and half a cup of melted butter.
Add two eggs to the sugar and butter mixture and whisk until well combined. Stir in one teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture.
Gradually add the grated zucchini to the wet ingredients and mix until evenly distributed. In another bowl, whisk together one and a half cups of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of baking powder, and half a teaspoon of salt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the zucchini bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
