The Best Zucchini Bread
This moist and flavorful zucchini bread is a delightful treat that combines the sweetness of ripe zucchini with warm spices. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack, it’s a family favorite that’s easy to make and even easier to enjoy.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grate the zucchini using a box grater or food processor and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, sugar, and eggs. Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Fold in the chopped walnuts and vanilla extract. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the zucchini bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
