Savory Ground Beef and Sweet Corn Fritters with Spicy Honey Drizzle
These savory ground beef and sweet corn fritters are a delightful twist on traditional fritters, combining juicy beef with sweet corn and a hint of spice. Topped with a spicy honey drizzle, they make for a quick and satisfying weeknight dinner that’s sure to impress!

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1 cup of sweet corn kernels, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix until well combined. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, scoop 1/4 cup of the beef mixture into the skillet for each fritter, flattening them slightly with the back of a spatula.
Cook the fritters for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. While the fritters are cooking, prepare the spicy honey drizzle by mixing 1/4 cup of honey with 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce in a small bowl.
Once the fritters are done, remove them from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
Serve the fritters warm, drizzled with the spicy honey mixture and garnished with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
