In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1 cup of sweet corn (fresh or frozen), 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
