In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup of diced mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 4 minutes. Add 1 small onion, finely chopped, and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
