Loaded Quesadilla
A delicious and hearty loaded quesadilla filled with cheese, vegetables, and your choice of protein, perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Begin by gathering all your ingredients on a clean surface. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over the surface.
Add your choice of protein, such as cooked chicken or beans, on top of the cheese. Layer on the bell peppers, onions, and any other desired vegetables.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Place a second tortilla on top of the filling. Cook the quesadilla for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
Once both sides are golden and the cheese is fully melted, remove the quesadilla from the skillet. Allow it to cool for a minute before slicing it into wedges.
Serve the loaded quesadilla with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole on the side for dipping.
