Healing Bone Broth and Rice Soup
This comforting bone broth and rice soup is perfect for when you're feeling under the weather. Packed with nutrients and flavor, it will warm you up and help you feel better in no time.
Start by gathering all your ingredients on a clean countertop. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are softened.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant. Pour in the bone broth and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
