In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Whisk until well blended. Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.
