Easy Vegetable Fried Rice with Eggs
A simple and delicious vegetable fried rice dish that is perfect for beginners. This recipe uses basic ingredients like rice, eggs, and frozen vegetables, making it easy to prepare and cook without any fancy techniques.
Start by cooking 1 cup of rice according to the package instructions. While the rice is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add 1 cup of frozen vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are heated through.
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack 2 eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked, about 2 minutes.
