Banana Pancakes with Maple Syrup
Fluffy pancakes topped with fresh banana slices and drizzled with maple syrup, perfect for a delightful breakfast.
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, beat 1 egg and mix in 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Slice 2 bananas into thin rounds.
Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with banana slices.
Drizzle with 1/4 cup of maple syrup before serving.
