Alitas al Horno
Alitas al horno are delicious baked chicken wings that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are seasoned with a blend of spices and baked to perfection, making them a healthier alternative to fried wings.
Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds of chicken wings with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the bowl.
Toss the chicken wings until they are evenly coated with the oil and spices. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
Once the wings are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve the wings with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
